How to Order

Preparetion
Step 1 Look up Your Best Car

Look up a car from our used car catalog. If the car which you want is not shown in this catalog, Just go to STEP 2 and request it by using ORDER SHEET. We are confident that we will be able to meet any requirements.

Step 2 Send Order Sheet

Fill in the order sheet and send it.

Step 3 Negotiate Us

After receiving your order sheet, We will contact you by E-mail, Phone or Fax as sonn as posible. We shall have a negotiation in order to fix the COST & FREIGHT. The COST & FREIGHT is the total cost which you have to transfer to our account. It can be influenced by the type of a car, year model, mileage, condition and color.

Step 4 Recive Invoice and Pay

We would send you an invoice after negotiation.The cost & freight which is shown in the invoice must be prepaid to our account. Then we will start to prepare the car which you ordered to us.

Step 5 Find Your Car in JAPAN

We will prepare your car and take it to the international port in Japan. Sometimes your car will stay at the port a rather long time to wait next shipping.

Step 6 Ship Your Car to TANZANIA

Now your car is on the ship. It takes approximately one month to reach Mombasa or Dar es Salaam.

Step 7 Recive Documentations

Also we will send you all documentations ( Bill of Lading, Invoice, Export certificate and Certificate of export inspection ) which are required when you receive your car at the port in Tanzania or Kenya. And we would tell you the expected arrival date.

Step 8 Talk to a Import Agent

You will go to any import agent in Dar es Salaam with all documentations and submit them. You can pick up your car through the agent.

Step 9 Pick Your Car Up

You should pick up your car as soon as possible because it likely happen that a car stereo or some items are stolen from your car. And also if your car stays at the port for a long time it could cost you some extra charge.

Step 10 Now You are the Car Owner!!

Now you have got your car. You will drive your car to your home town. We hope you would be satisfied with the car.

NOTICE
  • We are responsible until shipment at the port in JAPAN. We take CIF terms. ( CIF includes Insurance, Cost & Freight)
  • The cost for a car, Transportation fee in Japan, Auction fee, Tax, Documentation fee, Port handling charge, JAAI( Inspection fee) and Freight from Japan to Mombasa or Dar es Salaam are inclusive in the cost & freight. Cost & Freight includes every payment in Japan.
  • The cost & freight is negotiable. The cost can be influenced by the year model, mileage and condition of a car. We shall arrange it with your budget.
  • Payment comes first. We start to prepare a car for you after you transfer money to our account.
  • We cannot take back cars or anything and cannot return money to you. Please make sure if you really want the car before you transfer money to our account.
  • In total, it takes two up to three month in this trade. It depends on your order. If you give us a tight order it would take longer

From any bank (NBC, CRDB) in Tanzania you can transfer money to Japan. But you must pay transfer charge when you transfer money to Japan. The amount of transfer charge depends on a bank (e.g. CRDB 40,000 Tsh ).
When you transfer money from a bank in Tanzania you are required to show a bank teller the invoice for the car.
